We know there is intense pent-up demand to travel, and when it is safe to do so, people will be looking for small-group, outdoor adventures for their return to exploring the world. With this in mind, we want to make it easier for you to start planning now.
Reserve any 2022 journey by March 31, 2022 and you may opt for the following:
- Level 2: one revision to your itinerary due to covid related reasons
- Level 3: you may A) get an additional revision for date changes due to covid or B) cancel your itinerary for any reason up until your final payment is due—and any payment made after the initial non-refundable deposit can be returned to you pending policy of third party bookings
*For level 3 custom trips, deposit schedules may vary, and some expenses may be non-refundable, but we will work with you and our suppliers in an attempt to preserve your travel investment in the form of a credit for a future trip, or by shifting your dates forward. Certain tours may have internal airfare required, and will have their own policies associated with them.
As we learned in 2020, what makes sense today may not make sense tomorrow. Please understand that we reserve the right to update these policies without prior notice. Our goal is to keep our guests informed and safe, and our policies fair and sustainable. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
All Deposits are Non-Refundable outside of the 48 Hour Grace Period.
If travel participants needs to cancel your Itinerary or Trip, travel participant must send a cancellation notification to So Fly Life by email at hello@soflylife.com . Your cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your notice. If we receive your cancellation notice within two (2) days from the time of your booking, we will refund one-hundred percent (100%) of your payment (excluding your deposit). All Deposits are Non-Refundable after this time period. So Fly Life is unable to offer any refund after the expiration of two (2) days following your booking. Payments made after for level 3 customized or group travel experiences will be bound by more specific policies that will be stated before initiating contracts.
FORCE MAJEURE:
So Fly Life assumes no responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delays, inconveniences or irregularities which may be occasioned by reason of any matter beyond our exclusive control including but not limited to a delay or cancellation that causes you to miss all or a portion of your trip, weather or climate extremes, acts of God, terrorism, strikes, acts of domestic and/or international governments, epidemic, global pandemic, border closure, riots, disasters, health hazards, or other force majeure events for which So Fly Life has no direct control. So Fly Life is not liable for failure to comply with its duties and obligations in the rare event that any of the aforementioned occurrences transpire. We will attempt to reschedule the trip for future date. If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will offer refunds in a queue based on the booking date as we fill your spot; however, we cannot guarantee a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance.
PASSPORT:
The travel participant is solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport prior to their scheduled trip. So Fly Life is not responsible if you are denied entry or exit to/from any country or location due to a lack of valid Documentation. Travel participant should ensure that there are multiple consecutive blank visa pages within your passport and the passport is valid six (6) months beyond your intended return travel date. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets.
VISA REQUIREMENTS:
Many destinations require that visas be obtained prior to travel for transit or entry into the country. The travel participant is responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa needed for the selected trip. Please contact So Fly Life if assistance is required and we will try to assist to the best of abilities. So Fly Life will not be responsible for any entry issues or denials. We recommend that you check with your local embassy for the latest visa requirements.
HEALTH & WELLNESS POLICY:
So Fly Life strives to ensure the well-being and safety for its travelers but cannot protect travelers from certain risks and dangers when traveling within and outside of the United States. Most trips incorporate active elements and activities including but not limited to walking. You should consult your physician to confirm your fitness level for travel and participation in planned activities. So Fly Life does not provide medical advice. You agree that by participating on this Trip without consulting your physician prior to travel, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree to hold So Fly Life harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. Additionally if you participate in activities during your trip, you assume at your own risk all the risk and dangers associated with the activity and hereby expressly release So Fly Life harmless against any and all liability, cause of actions, and damages arising out of or in connection with the travel or participation in any activities.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By booking with So Fly Life, you acknowledge that in no event So Fly Life will be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, incidental or consequential damages of any kind that arise out of or are in any way connected with your Trip.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Payment Information
Itinerary packages are purchased on an individual basis. Quoted trip prices are per person and is listed on the Website. A deposit is required in order to confirm your purchase or booking. Upon receipt of deposit, the travel participant will receive a confirmation of your booking to the email provided. Payments can be made in full or for level 3 packages using a scheduled payment plan. If the travel participant uses our payment plans, the participant agrees to satisfy their balances by each due date stated in the selected payment schedule. If the travel participant is unable to adhere to the payment schedule, please contact us at hello@soflylife.com IMMEDIATELY for alternative payment schedules. All payments must be completed no later than the deadline indicated in your travel plans. If travel participant fails to submit payment on or before the specified payment due date, So Fly Life reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain one-hundred percent (100%) of the funds paid. All full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different trip.
